For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), the following definitions shall apply:

1.1 “Rehlte”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Rehlte Company for Travel and Tourism, a company registered and operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.2 “Platform” refers collectively to:

Rehlte.com website
Mobile web versions
Mobile applications (iOS / Android)
Call center booking services
Assisted bookings via WhatsApp or other official communication channels
Any affiliated digital interface operated by Rehlte

1.3 “User” or “Customer” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.

1.4 “Supplier” refers to third-party providers of travel-related services, including but not limited to:

Airlines
Hotels
Accommodation providers
Destination management companies
Insurance providers
Transport providers

1.5 “Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation made via the Platform.

1.6 “Service Fee” refers to any facilitation, processing, or administrative fee charged by Rehlte.

1.7 “Wallet” refers to the Rehlte Wallet as defined in Section 20.

1.8 “Loyalty Program” refers to the Rehlte Loyalty Program described in Section 19.

1.9 Words importing singular shall include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
